School Access – Our students’ safety is our number one priority at KES. Therefore, anyone who enters past the front office MUST scan their Driver’s License and have an approved School Access form. This includes lunch with your student, chaperoning, volunteering, and teacher meetings. The application process can take up to 4-6 weeks. To apply, go to https://stjohns.keepntrack.com/apply/School Access lasts for 3 years, and it is the responsibility of the applicant to contact Volunteer Services or Donna Ott to renew the form. Please do not reapply, as this creates duplicate forms. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Ott at [email protected].
