The Cove Punch Card:<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Punch card will be beneficial to families who need one or two days per week, or for occasional \u201cdrop-in\u201d care.\u00a0 The registration fee and pre-purchase of the punch card is required. We do ask that parents notify us ahead of time if the child will be staying in the Cove. For multiple children, one punch card per child.\u00a0 Please ask for more information.<\/p>\n

St. Johns County School Employees Discount (Full-Time Employees):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

After-School Only:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $117.50 per child, per month or $58.75 twice monthly.<\/p>\n

Before and After-School:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 $135 per month, per child or $67.50 twice monthly.<\/p>\n

Students enrolled in The Cove before school care program may be dropped off as early as 7:00 a.m. They will report to the specified area where they will remain until dismissed for class.<\/p>\n

We provide limited space for families that qualify for scholarships. Please see Janet Bryant, Extended Day Coordinator, for more information.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment Procedures:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The school calendar year consists of 180 days (36 weeks) that the children are in attendance. We have broken up the extended day fees into 10 monthly payments or 20 bi-monthly payment for your convenience. The first payment is due before school starts to assure payment before services rendered.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Florida state law requires that all services must be paid in full prior to services being rendered. Please remember to mail or drop off your first payment, before school starts.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

**Please make all checks\/money orders payable to KES and indicate you child’s name and one phone number in the memo**<\/strong><\/p>\n
